About Me
Get to know me
Hi, I’m Jennifer A. Salas, Professional Therapist and Lifestyle Coach.
I’ve spent my career walking alongside individuals, couples, families, and young people through child and adolescent therapy as they navigate the complex, often overwhelming parts of life. As a therapist, what matters most to me is creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported, because real healing starts with connection.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life to help them manage stress, deepen their self-awareness, heal the parts of themselves that feel stuck, and develop meaningful, achievable goals. My style is compassionate and collaborative, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and helping them move toward lasting change—at a pace that feels right for them.
Whether you’re facing a difficult season, feeling disconnected, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, I’m here to support your process with empathy, clarity, and care.
